
OUR SMOKEHOUSE
We only produce with 100% Irish Pork traceable back to the farm. We will never use MRM, look it up, it’s awful. All our meat products are smoked in real smokehouses, we don’t use smoke baths or showers. We immersion cure our products and never inject or pump with water.
Through experimenting and many tasting sessions, we developed a range of spices and smoking flavours that are favourable to our Irish palette. These are the ones we only use today and are unique to us and contain no artificial flavours or colours, gluten, allergens or GMO ingredients.
We have invested back into our business over the years in our premises, equipment and team. We use the latest product equipment and all our processes are approved and accredited to all current EU and International standards.
We cannot only take out, we must give back. Therefore sustainability, in our materials, packaging, energy and water conservation and purification guide our decisions. By producing continental meat products in Ireland we reduce the distance that food covers to be on our market.
We are approved by the Department of Agriculture as an EU export approved site.
We are certified as a BRC Grade AA site for manufacturing and slicing.
We are audited and approved for supply by Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Musgrave Retail Partners, Kepak Food Service and Sysco.
No gluten is handled on our sites, we are members of the Coeliac Society Of Ireland.
No allergens are handled on our sites.
